Telling someone they're not meeting expectations, addressing behavior that's affecting the team, giving feedback that actually needs to stick.
Most leaders were never taught how to do this well, so they wing it, soften it, or avoid it entirely.
This is a focused coaching experience that gives you a framework for approaching hard conversations with confidence and delivering them in a way the other person can actually hear.
You'll learn how to prep, how to open, how to read the person in front of you, and how to adjust in the moment so the message lands.
We start with a 60-minute coaching call where I walk you through the approach and apply it to a real situation on your team. You'll have support between sessions, then a 30-minute follow-up call to debrief and refine.
You'll leave with tools you can use for any hard conversation, not just the one in front of you right now.
